Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and expand SFRI India's presence within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributor networks, developing new business opportunities, promoting our IVD product portfolio, and building strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories,



and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the IVD or medical devices industry with a proven track record of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop recent business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood banks, and healthcare institutions.

Promote SFRI's portfolio of Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, and other diagnostic solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, and technical presentations.

Distributor & Channel Management

Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners.

Drive primary and secondary sales through the distribution network.

Monitor distributor inventory, stock availability, and business performance.

Expand channel presence
