Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the central hub for marketing execution across Artsy’s day-to-day campaigns, launches, events, and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge strategy and execution bringing ideas to life through solid planning, content coordination, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with founders, creative teams, and operations teams to ensure all campaigns are executed seamlessly, on-brand, and with impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars across digital, in-store campaigns, events, and launches.
- Execute campaigns including festive promotions, menu launches, and community activations end-to-end.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and creators to deliver high-quality content and assets.




- Manage social media publishing, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms.
- Build and manage collaborations with creators, brands, and local communities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including in-store and digital experiences.
- Track campaign performance and maintain organized workflows, calendars, and documentation.
- Identify insights from trends and customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, social media, or hospitality marketing roles.
- Familiarity with Instagram, content strategy, and digital platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environ
