Job Profile:

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Solid Command and in dept work experience in Companies Act requirements, IGAAP, Ind AS, GST Act

Oversee the entire financial accounting cycle for assigned group companies, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Indian GAAP.

Manage all aspects of tax compliance for assigned group companies, including GST and Income Tax.

Prepare financial analysis reports,



including variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and other key financial metrics.

Partner with business unit heads to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial guidance.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.

Manage and oversee ESOP administration for assigned group companies (if applicable).

Manage external audits and ensure smooth communication with auditors.

Experience Required:

CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification

additional qualifications such as CS (Company Secretary) or MBA-Finance or CMA would be plus.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role (GM, AVP, or equivalent) preferably in service industry.

Proven experience in managing the financial operations of multiple companies within a large group structure.
