We're looking for a
Machine Shop Supervisor / Tool Room Incharge
with
4–5 years of experience
to lead day-to-day tool room operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily machining activities.
- Allocate jobs and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams.
- Guide operators and resolve shop floor issues.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with CNC Milling, EDM, and Wire Cut machines is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
