Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our leadership team and drive design excellence across corporate interior projects.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver project outcomes.
- Develop creative designs for corporate interior projects and lead client presentations/pitches in the region.
- Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions teams to manage key client projects and support business growth initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Mentor and motivate the design team, ensuring performance, creativity, and adherence to design standards.
- Contribute to building an effective training program for the design team, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential interior fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in 2D and/or 3D design tools (experience in both is a plus).
