Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the Business Development function by driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role is responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, improving sales processes, achieving team business targets, and driving strategic account growth. The incumbent will work closely with leadership and the Marketing team to strengthen lead generation initiatives, enhance client retention, and expand business opportunities.

This position is ideal for a energetic sales leader with 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate consulting, or developer-facing sales, with proven expertise in team management, business development, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:




- Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop and execute sales and lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and monitor overall team performance.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to drive lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Manage CXO-level client relationships and lead strategic meetings and commercial negotiations.
- Drive key account management, client retention, and strategic account growth.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Oversee proposals, commercial discussions, and high-value deal closures.
- Monitor sales performance, team productivity, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Improve sales processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
