Job Description (JD):-
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, overseeing branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, website, content, creative, social media, PR, events, and all marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation, customer acquisition, lead quality, and maximize marketing's contribution to revenue through data-driven campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, including branch launches, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, promotional events, and strategic partnerships.
- Will be accountable for website performance Lead website performance, UX, CRO, SEO, campaign landing pages, analytics, competitor analysis, and market research to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, external agencies, creative partners, media vendors, and technology platforms while ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
- Build, lead, mentor, and evaluate the Marketing team by setting transparent KRAs, KPIs,



performance standards, and fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
- Implement AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, CRM integrations, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Branch teams to align marketing strategies with business growth, customer needs, and organizational goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and present marketing performance through actionable insights, continuously optimizing campaigns, brand positioning, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue growth.
