Role Description
The Account Executive role at C V Raman Academy is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The individual in this role will handle student and parent inquiries, maintain admission and fee records, and support the counseling and enrollment process. Daily tasks include coordinating with faculty and administration, preparing basic reports, following up with prospective students,



and ensuring accurate documentation of student information. The Account Executive will also assist in organizing events, managing front-office operations, and providing clear communication to stakeholders to support a smooth academic and administrative experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
- Basic proficiency in office administration, including record keeping, data entry, and handling documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced academic environment.
- Comfort with using computers and common software applications (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
