Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and owned events/ workshops, including vendor coordination, event logistics and development of communication assets.
- Work with creative agencies and external partners to develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, videos, infographics, banners and digital assets.
- Assist in drafting and coordinating social media content and maintain content calendar.
- Coordinate photography and videography for projects, factory activities, customer visits and corporate events, including preparing shoot briefs and managing asset libraries.
- Support communication initiatives for the BOS factory, including branding, content and any other communication requirement.
- Manage development, procurement, and inventory of company merchandise and corporate gifts.
- Support HR with communication materials and coordination for employee events, celebrations, and internal campaigns.
- Assist in managing external agencies and vendors by coordinating deliverables,



following up on approvals and ensuring timely execution of marketing projects.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in executing marketing communications activities such as trade show support, content creation, corporate branding, and coordination with creative agencies and vendors
- Proactive and dependable with strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
- Robust teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media content and platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is preferred
- Experience in renewable energy, B2B, or manufacturing sectors is a plus (not mandatory)
