Channel Development Manager — B2C Division

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to lead franchise operations for our B2C business. You'll be the key link between the company and our franchise partners — driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and helping franchisees grow profitably. This is a senior, in office role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship management, and operational rigor.

What You'll Do
- Identify and scout new franchise opportunities across different territories/areas — site selection, feasibility, and partner evaluation
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new franchisees: launch readiness, training, and initial ramp-up
- Manage day-to-day relationships with franchise partners across your assigned territory, acting as their primary point of contact
- Monitor franchise performance against sales, quality,



and compliance targets; identify gaps and drive corrective action plans
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews; prepare reports for senior leadership
- Resolve escalations and operational issues quickly, balancing franchisee needs with company standards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to roll out new programs, promotions, and systems to the franchise network
- Track and report on franchise P&L; health, royalty collections, and compliance metrics
