We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily operations, primarily focused on data entry, order tracking, and logistics coordination. This role is key to ensuring smooth backend operations and a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry of product listings, order details, and QC results into internal systems.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery with logistics partners and track shipments until completion.
- Monitor order status, update tracking information, and resolve delivery issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of inventory movement, returns, and quality check logs.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and franchise QC centers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate internally with the customer support team regarding operational updates or delays.
- Identify and report process bottlenecks and suggest operational improvements.
