Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and building relationships to drive sales. The role also involves overseeing sales processes, providing customer service, managing client accounts, and delivering training to team members as needed.



The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to execute targeted marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and resolve queries effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve sales goals and professional development.
- Ability to strategize and implement innovative marketing and sales approaches to maximize effectiveness.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Looking Out for someone with a Robust Management Background like an IIM or MBA from a Reputed University
