Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets for polymer additives, masterbatches, PVCs, and other related products.
- Develop recent business opportunities by identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Polymers/Plastics/Petrochemicals.
- Strong understanding of additives, compounding, PE/PP/VPCS materials.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
