We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Property Consultant
with strong expertise in
land transactions
to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and close land deals across Pune and surrounding areas.
- Meet with landowners, buyers, investors, and developers.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections.
- Verify land documents, ownership records, and legal compliance.
- Negotiate property prices and facilitate successful transactions.
- Build and maintain a robust network of clients and landowners.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal, registration, and government authorities when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land/property sales.
- Strong knowledge of land acquisition,



documentation, registration, and local real estate regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Must possess a
valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license
and be willing to travel for site visits.
- Positive knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional.
