Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic,



and results-oriented General Manager – Operations & Administration to lead and oversee the complete operational and administrative functions of our manufacturing plant in Nashik.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, controlling costs, strengthening processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across Production, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Dispatch, Stores, and Service departments.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manufacturing, heavy engineering, fabrication, and industrial equipment operations, with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing a complete factory or plant.

Marketing and Design functions are excluded from this role.

Key Responsibilities1. Overall Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Service, Accounts, and HR.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
