Role Description
The Marketing Team Leader | Tamilnadu is a full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul. This position is responsible for leading and mentoring the marketing and sales team, setting goals, and ensuring performance targets are met. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing local brand initiatives, coordinating with design and content teams, and monitoring campaign performance. The Marketing Team Leader will manage day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in Tamilnadu. Regular reporting, market analysis,



and collaboration with senior leadership to refine strategy are key components of the role.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration, client interaction, and presentation of marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- Candidates should possess effective Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and market analysis.
- Experience in regional or field marketing within Tamilnadu or similar markets is beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
