We are looking for a scientifically driven Medical Manager who can transform complex clinical evidence into compelling, scientifically accurate, and strategically aligned communication for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. The role requires expertise in medical research, scientific storytelling, brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to support pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesScientific Research & Medical Writing
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches on pharmaceutical drug moieties, disease areas, medical devices, and therapeutic landscapes using credible scientific databases.
- Develop scientifically accurate, evidence-based content for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

Scientific Content Development

Develop high-quality medical and marketing content across print, digital, multimedia, and interactive platforms, including:
- Visual aids, product monographs, compendiums, case reports, newsletters, medical websites. emailers, detail aids, video storyboards and scripts, patient education materials (Posters, pamphlets,



flipcharts, and magazines) and medical devices.

Brand Strategy & Scientific Positioning
- Build differentiated brand identities by uncovering unique scientific and clinical insights from molecular mechanisms, clinical evidence, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop scientific communication platforms and brand narratives for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns.
- Prepare concept notes, communication frameworks, and tables of contents for scientific deliverables.
- Support brand repositioning through evidence-based messaging.

Medical Communication
- Translate complex medical and scientific information into explicit, engaging, and persuasive content tailored for:Healthcare professionals,Specialists,Patients,Caregivers,Sales force teams
