We execute EPC and project-based contracts for industrial, commercial, and government clients across India.
Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in project accounting, procurement accounting, vendor management, GST compliance, and financial documentation.



The ideal candidate should have experience handling EPC/project-based accounting activities, coordinating with procurement and project teams, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely billing and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Accounting

* Maintain project-wise accounting records and cost allocation.

* Track project expenses against approved budgets.

* Prepare project cost reports and profitability analysis.

* Monitor project advances, material consumption, and site expenses.

* Coordinate with project managers for financial documentation and billing.
Billing & Invoicing

* Prepare customer invoices as per work orders, milestones, BOQ, and project completion status.

* Generate Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.

* Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure compliance during material dispatch.

* Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for billing documentation.
