Rest The Case is a legal aggregator and legal-tech platform helping businesses access reliable legal services while enabling lawyers to scale their practice. We are building a strong on-ground and inside sales engine to drive sustainable B2B growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Head

who leads from the front. This role combines
strategy, team management, and active deal closure

. You will build and manage the sales team while personally handling high-value meetings, enterprise accounts, and key negotiations.

This role is for someone who believes targets are met in meeting rooms, not just review calls.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive overall B2B revenue targets for Rest The Case
- Design and execute sales strategies for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients
- Identify recent revenue streams, partnerships, and key business opportunities

Team Leadership & Management
- Build, train, and manage field and inside sales teams
- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability




- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and field ride-alongs
- Establish sales SOPs, scripts, and best practices

Key Account & Field Sales
- Personally handle and close high-value and strategic B2B accounts
- Attend in-person meetings with CXOs, founders, HR heads, and decision-makers
- Support the team in complex negotiations and deal closures
- Ensure strong client onboarding and long-term relationship management

Process, Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM hygiene
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve conversions
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Requirements & Skills
- 8-15 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket or enterprise deals
- Strong people management, coaching, and performance management
