Role Overview

The Content Writer creates content that educates, builds trust, and supports revenue growth. This role goes beyond writing blogs. You ll craft content that fuels demand generation, supports sales conversations, and positions Kollecta as a credible, expert-led brand.

If you can explain complex ideas simply, write with intent, and adapt tone based on audience and funnel stage this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

Write high-quality content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy

Develop long-form assets such as whitepapers, guides, playbooks, and thought leadership articles

Translate complex business, product, or industry topics into explicit, compelling narratives

Demand Gen & Sales Enablement

Create content aligned to funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

Support lead generation campaigns with gated content and nurture emails

Write sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and FAQs

SEO & Optimization

Write SEO-optimized content based on keyword research and search intent





Optimize existing content for performance, clarity, and conversion

Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to improve organic visibility

Brand Voice & Messaging

Maintain Kollecta s brand voice across all written assets

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning

Adapt content style for different formats and audiences (buyers, partners, internal teams)

Collaboration & Process

Work closely with marketing managers, designers, and subject-matter experts

Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly and thoughtfully

Meet deadlines and manage multiple content requests without losing quality

Required Qualifications
