Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in promoting CodeForge Technologies’ digital solutions and driving recent business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, involving direct collaboration with the sales, marketing,



and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, preparing sales materials and proposals, gathering market and competitor insights, and supporting customer onboarding and training when needed. The specialist will be expected to meet revenue and activity targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.
