A Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage hospital accounts, financial transactions, billing records, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital accounting or healthcare finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and general ledger.
- Manage patient billing, receipts, refunds, and payment reconciliation.
- Process vendor invoices and supplier payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash management.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and confidential information.
- Work closely with billing, pharmacy, HR, and purchase departments.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Additional certification in Tally or Accounting Software is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
