Role Overview:

The People Director will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s people strategy. This role partners closely with senior leadership to enable business growth, build solid organizational capability, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

The People Director leads a team of 7 people, including 3 HRBPs/TAs, HR Operations, L&D; and Facilities, providing HR support for over 300+ employees.
