About The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Influencer Marketing Associate to own the end-to-end lifecycle of US influencer partnerships, from clinical identification and high-stakes negotiation to financial closing. Beyond managing external talent, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our internal operations. What You'll Do
- Identify and vet high-potential influencers and viral pages specifically within the USA market that align with our niche and target demographics.
- Own the entire funnel: initial outreach, discovery calls, aggressive price negotiations, and contract management.
- Monitor timelines to ensure influencers deliver high-quality content that meets creative briefs and posts on schedule.
- Manage creator payments and monetary transactions.
- Maintain precise databases of partnerships and track the usage of software tools.




- Spot emerging viral pages ('the next big thing') for show announcements and execute high-volume outreach campaigns.
- Log campaign ROI, manage resource allocation, and ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
- Source top-tier talent and onboard new hires who have a strong pulse on digital trends to scale the influencer marketing department.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a high-intensity operations role.
- Deep understanding of US social media culture, including slang, TikTok trends, and content that resonates with American audiences.
- Detail-oriented multitasker capable of managing 100+ active conversations across Slack, Email, WhatsApp, and DMs.
- Comfortable communicating and negotiating with professional agents and influencers to secure the best value.
- Existing network of US-based influencers/creators or strong knowledge of databases
