Role Description
The Area Sales Manager role at JYOTI PLACEMENTS SERVCE is a full-time, in office position based in Malappuram. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales plans, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the client base within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and presenting placement and consultancy services to prospective partners. The role involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and conducting regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager is expected to visit clients, manage negotiations, and represent the company professionally at meetings and local events.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and territory management.
- Experience in relationship management, customer service,



and account handling within recruitment, HR, or related service industries.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competition, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, CRM tools) and comfort with reporting and documentation.
- Previous experience in placements, HR consultancy, or staffing services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and familiarity with the Malappuram region and local market is beneficial.
- Salary is upto 30K
