The Vice President (VP) of the Oncology Devices Division is responsible for providing strategic, operational, commercial, and clinical leadership for Shukra Medtech's oncology device portfolio. The VP will drive product innovation, regulatory compliance, business growth, market expansion, and partnerships while ensuring the division delivers high-quality medical technologies that improve cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Oncology Devices Division.
- Identify recent market opportunities, emerging technologies, and growth initiatives.
- Build annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, licensing, and strategic collaborations related to oncology technologies.
Product Development & Innovation:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D; teams to develop innovative oncology devices.
- Prioritize product pipeline based on clinical need, market demand, and financial return.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Regulatory & Quality Management:
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, and post-market surveillance.
- Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems.
Commercial Leadership:
- Develop commercialization strategies for domestic and international markets.
- Drive sales growth, pricing strategies, and market penetration.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to expand customer relationships.
- Establish key opinion leader (KOL) networks with oncologists, surgeons, hospitals, and cancer centers.
Clinical & Medical Affairs:
- Support clinical evaluations and evidence generation for oncology devices.
- Collaborate with clinical research organizations and healthcare institutions.
