Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Joyalukkas in Chennai is a full-time,



on-site position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail jewellery environment. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Executive welcomes customers, understands their preferences, and provides product recommendations across various jewellery categories. The role involves demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and offers, and supporting customers in making informed purchase decisions. Responsibilities include handling billing and documentation, maintaining visual merchandising and stock displays, and ensuring that store standards, policies, and security procedures are followed. The Sales Executive also contributes to meeting sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting promotional activities and events as needed.
