Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and proactive Data Center Network & Security Operations Lead to join our IT Infrastructure & Security team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum network uptime across data centers, disaster recovery sites, and office locations while managing network security, firewalls, and incident escalations in a continuous 24/7/365 workplace.
You will work alongside a dedicated team of network engineers, security specialists, and service desk professionals committed to delivering seamless operations and superior service.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead Day-to-Day Operations & Incident Resolutions: Oversee 24/7/365 data center operations by monitoring real-time security events using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, troubleshooting complex network issues (including Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls [WAF], Virtual Private Networks [VPN], and Layer 2/3 routing/switching), and delivering timely resolutions to maintain continuous network uptime.
