ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager at aiqon is the growth engine for our Frontier and Future Ready programs. You'll be the face of our education offerings to schools, principals, and education decision-makers, building partnerships that translate into real enrollments and revenue.

You'll identify target schools, craft compelling proposals, negotiate agreements, and hand over strong relationships to our delivery team. We're scaling rapid and need someone who can open doors, close deals, and build a repeatable B2B playbook.

You'll work with product and academics to tailor offerings for institutional needs, and own the metric that matters most: students and customers acquired through school partnerships. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves the thrill of the sale and the mission of transforming how young learners experience STEM.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute a school partnership strategy: identify target schools (K–12, international boards, coaching institutes), prioritize outreach, and create a pipeline of qualified leads.




- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers; present aiqon programs clearly and persuasively.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements (bundled enrollments, workshops, curriculum integration, or custom programs) that align with school needs and business goals.
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue from school partnerships; use data to refine approach and scale what works.
- Collaborate with instructors and academics to tailor offerings for institutional contexts (after-school programs, holiday camps, or curriculum-aligned modules).
- Represent aiqon at education conferences, school fairs, and networking events; build a strong presence in the school and edtech ecosystem.
