Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Operations and Payroll role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.



The individual will coordinate payroll activities, verify attendance and leave data, process salary changes, and help ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in line with statutory requirements. Responsibilities include supporting employee relations, addressing routine HR queries, assisting in performance management processes, and coordinating benefits and compliance documentation. The role also includes collaborating with management to implement HR initiatives, preparing HR reports and metrics, and contributing to a positive, fair, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Operations and HR Management, with experience handling day-to-day HR processes and documentation.
- Strong hands on experience with Payroll and related tools.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) frameworks and HR Policies, including compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
