Responsibilities –
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Market Research Resource Augmentation/FTE Services division.
- Drive lead generation,



client acquisition, business development, and account mining to expand existing and new client relationships.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, pricing models, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO, Director, and senior client stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment, HR, delivery, and research teams for seamless onboarding and deployment of resources.
- Establish operational processes, governance models, resource allocation frameworks, and performance reporting mechanisms.
- Own the P&L; for the business vertical by managing revenue, budgets, profitability, and business performance.
- Identify cross-selling, upselling, and strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate business growt
