GTM - Analyst / Senior

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Data Analyst, GTM Vertical Marketing, you will be the handson creator behind our most significant commercial narratives. You will translate market and customer insights into thoughtleadership papers, executive POVs, customer case studies, solution briefs, playbooks, and salesenablement assets that help decisionmakers choose FedEx. Youll own a calendar for priority industry verticals, partner with global and regional stakeholders to gather proof and stories, and turn complex ideas into clear, businessready content that improves win rates and accelerates deals. Your work will be measured by contentassisted pipeline and revenue, executive engagement, and field adoption of the assets you create.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Content Development
- Author and edit thoughtleadership papers, white papers, executive briefs, web copy, solution onepagers, FAQs, talk tracks, and narrative decks mapped to the customer journey (problem framing options/criteria business case).




- Produce customer case studies with quantified outcomes (problem • approach • results); build a reusable library (quotes, metrics, visuals, ROI snippets).
- Convert flagship pieces into derivative assets (short articles, webinar outlines etc.) localized by industry vertical

Industry Vertical Narratives & Playbooks:
- Maintain Industry vertical playbooks for priority industries (e.g., Ecommerce & Retail; Healthcare & Life Sciences; Aerospace & Auto; Technology; Energy & Industrial) with clear value propositions, use cases, and objectionhandling.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Pricing to align content with offers, SLAs, and commercial motions, refresh marketing assets.

Market Research & Insights
- Plan and execute primary research (depth interviews, focus groups, sales calls) and secondary research (syndicated reports, analyst notes, trade data) to surface market size, growth drivers, buyer needs, and competitive positions.
