Role Description
The Assistant Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for supporting relationship managers in maintaining and strengthening relationships with individual and corporate customers, including responding to queries,



handling policy-related requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Assistant Relationship Manager will help manage customer portfolios, coordinate renewals and upgrades, and assist in cross-selling or upselling relevant health insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and documentation, updating customer records, liaising with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and operations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The role also involves proactively engaging with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and trust in Niva Bupa’s services.
