Role: AM/DM- Marketing- (ATL/BTL)

Experience: 3 to 9 Years

Roles & Responsibility:

1 Marketing Operations

• Executing ATL and BTL activities, in collaboration with business teams, trade associates and industry partners
- Liaison with advertising agencies, event agencies, media houses and vendors for timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other marketing team members to make plans for executing marketing plans as per brand guidelines.

Taking ownership of marketing communication; developing content for collaterals and other communication material in collaboration with business teams.

2 Process and performance Management

• Track and monitor marketing activities, performance vs. plan.
- Undertake customer satisfaction surveys,



dipsticks.
- Adhere to defined process, policies, and guidelines; their documentation and fulfilling audit requirements.
- Stay abreast with industry best practices, and incorporate continuous process improvement

3. • Undertake Marketing Project in consultation with Team leader for improving impact, process efficiency and enhance effectiveness of marketing initiatives
