Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join our Global Marketing team, supporting both Demand Generation and Sales. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our in-house CRM and marketing automation (Marketo) team, maintaining the data quality in Salesforce, and ensuring leads are accurately routed and tracked. The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing and sales teams execute high-impact campaigns and generate a qualified pipeline. A strong focus of the role will be identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline and scale current database management processes and tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Salesforce CRM operations, ensuring high data quality, accurate lead routing, campaign attribution, and strong governance across leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo),



including campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion.
- Drive campaign execution and performance tracking, ensuring accurate campaign setup, attribution, and continuous improvement based on ROI and conversion metrics.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales alignment.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality: deduplication, data standardization and appending contact and firmographic details.
- Conduct secondary research to enrich database records with verified information.
- Run basic Salesforce reports to support marketing campaign tracking, sales alignment, and list building.
