As a part of the Resident Reviews team at 99 Acres, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on resident feedback related to various residential properties. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the opinions and experiences of residents are accurately captured and communicated, thereby assisting potential buyers in making informed decisions about their future homes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance the quality of reviews and improve overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include conducting surveys, engaging with residents to gather insights, preparing reports based on collected data, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote positive resident experiences.
