We’re looking for an experienced
Australian Mortgage Processing Manager
to lead a mid-sized team while supporting Australian brokers with end-to-end loan application management. This is a leadership role for an experienced manager who can drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and ensure fast, accurate, and compliant loan processing while delivering a seamless client experience.

Please Note:
We are
exclusively looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience in the Australian Mortgage Broking industry.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry, with proven team leadership/management experience
- Experience leading and managing a mid-sized processing team
- Strong knowledge of Australian lending policies and compliance requirements
- Experience with loan packaging and credit assessment processes
- Strong financial analysis skills (PAYG & self-employed applicants)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Infynity preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Australian mortgage aggregators (e.g. Connective)



and broker platforms/CRMs such as Mercury Nexus
- Ability to manage deadlines and lead a team in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications from submission to approval
- Conduct client interviews and gather financial information
- Complete Fact Finds, servicing calculations, and pricing comparisons
- Research lender policies and identify suitable loan options
- Prepare and package compliant loan applications
- Maintain CRM (Infynity) and complete BID documents
- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, and stakeholders to progress applications
- Resolve application issues and ensure timely approvals
- Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and banks

Work Mode & Hours:
- Hybrid in Pune
- Working hours aligned to AEST, Monday to Friday
