The
Accounts Officer
is responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and preparing financial reports. This role involves working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the financial operations within the organisation.

Accounts receivable :
- Plan, organise, and get inputs from superiors and evaluate the operations of accounting and treasury functions.
- Accounting of sale invoice/debit notes/credit notes to customers.
- Review of the Dashboard for raising an invoice given by the Marketing department.
- Preparation of Debtors' outstanding ageing report.
- Debtor’s ledger reconciliation and follow-up for collection.
- Review of customer receipts.
