1. 10+yrs experience in Payroll domain expertise, someone who has handled payroll transformations.
2. Experience/Knowledge of European Payroll would be preferred.
3. Knowledge in some of the leading global payroll systems is a plus.
4. Needs to be able to guide the customer in product selection, assist in requirements gathering,
5. RFP processing for product, vendor selection
6. Eventually assist/manage the entire transformation program with a team for rolling out payroll solutions for more than 20 countries.
7. Would be required to work in EU timezone overlap.
8. Location preferred is Mumbai.
