Job Title: Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst MSME (Accounts Payable)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to support the MSME (Accounts Payable) function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MSME compliance, Accounts Payable operations, SAP S/4 HANA, invoice processing, GR/IR reconciliation, and vendor reconciliation. Candidates from the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the MSME Act and monitor timely vendor payments.
- Process vendor invoices accurately in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Perform GR/IR reconciliation and resolve unmatched transactions.
- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and process invoices accordingly.
- Handle Vendor Reconciliation and resolve payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and Business teams for invoice and payment resolution.
- Monitor invoice ageing and ensure timely payment processing.
- Prepare MSME compliance reports and MIS.




- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance AP efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and internal controls.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MSME Compliance.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Invoice Processing
- GR/IR Reconciliation
- GRN Validation
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Mandatory experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Reporting).
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience
- 3–5 years in Accounts Payable / MSME Compliance.

Industry Preference
- Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Location

- Experience working in a Shared Services/GCC environment.
