About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our global marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting with campaign execution, email marketing, marketing automation, webinar management, content creation, lead generation, reporting, and marketing operations. This position offers the prospect to work across multiple marketing channels while supporting a global team.

Education




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Candidates with additional certifications in Digital Marketing, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Marketing Automation, or AI for Marketing will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities
- Manage webinar setup, attendee communications, and post-event reporting
- Create marketing assets including social media creatives, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
- Write marketing content for emails, campaigns, websites, and social media
- Assist with lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis
- Support HubSpot operations, landing pages, forms, and audience segmentation
