Role & responsibilities : Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Tendering Engineer with expertise in building repair, structural rehabilitation, renovation, restoration, waterproofing, and retrofitting projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender submissions, bid evaluations, and commercial proposals for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural repairs, retrofitting, rehabilitation, restoration, and renovation projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare rate analysis for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor works.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and evaluate commercial offers.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within stipulated timelines.
- Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings,



and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, and engineering teams during bid preparation.
- Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and resource planning estimates.
- Maintain tender records, estimation databases, and bid documentation.
- Assist in post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.
- Monitor market rates and industry trends related to repair and rehabilitation works.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and statutory regulations.
