Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hubli. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals to drive business growth within the designated territory.

Job Responsibilities:**

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Robust leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
