The Spare Parts Sales Manager is responsible for driving aftermarket spare parts business by developing dealer networks, increasing genuine spare parts sales, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and profitability targets across assigned territories. The role requires strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and expertise in dealer development, inventory planning, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual spare parts sales targets.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Increase sales of genuine spare parts for agricultural implements such as Rotavators, Seed Drills, Cultivators, MB Ploughs, Potato Diggers, Mulchers, Slashers, Power Weeders, Hay Rakes, and other farm equipment.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Conduct customer visits and dealer meetings to strengthen business relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts and annual business plans.

Dealer Network Management




- Appoint and develop recent dealers in potential markets.
- Train dealer staff on product knowledge, parts identification, pricing, and sales techniques.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction and improve dealer performance.
- Resolve dealer complaints and warranty-related issues promptly.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch for timely spare parts availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend stocking plans.
- Reduce stock shortages and improve order fulfillment.
- Ensure availability of fast-moving and critical spare parts.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with dealers and key customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve customer retention and repeat business.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, product availability, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer require
