Your responsibilities:
Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and sub agents.
Write prompts, system messages, guardrails, and variable based logic.
Implement tools/actions for Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
Conduct prompt tuning and behavior correction based on test logs.
Troubleshoot agent behavior, routing, and signal interpretation.
Work closely with the AI Architect on interaction models.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
07+ years of exp
Hands on with Copilot Studio, AI reasoning patterns, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of M365 connectors, grounding sources, and structured AI workflows.
Experience with LLM tuning/validation and reasoning optimization.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)
Positive communication and customer handling skill
