As a Technical Lead and Program Manager in the Donor Information System space within the Plasma-Derived Therapies business unit, you will lead the strategic planning, development and enhancement of web applications using Angular, .NET Framework and .NET Core, as well as spearhead the modernization of scheduler jobs into an event-based real-time architecture. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and operational excellence including day to day delivery and requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the project to success. You will establish and enforce best practices, lead the delivery of scalable and secure solutions, and ensure that the execution aligns with critical project business objectives. You will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of technical and engineering proficiency, mentoring a team of software developers and data engineers. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and global leadership,



you will ensure that the teams efforts enhance business capabilities and drive forward the strategic goals of PDT as well as Takeda. Your leadership will be key in advancing the technology landscape to support the evolving needs of the global marketplace. This position will align to the ICC and report to the PDT Delivery Lead for strategic direction as well as day-to-day management.
