Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Senior Product Manager role based in Indore. The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital investment and trading products,



including ideation, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and execution. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver value-driven enhancements. The role involves collaborating closely with technology, design, operations, risk, compliance, and sales teams to translate business goals into clear product requirements and user journeys. The Senior Product Manager will monitor product performance, track key metrics, manage releases, and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and data-driven insights. This position also contributes to stakeholder communication, business case creation, and alignment of product initiatives with the company’s long-term vision in capital markets.
