Role Description
The Customer Sales Support Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience. Key tasks include managing customer inquiries and concerns, guiding customers through product options, and coordinating with the sales team to meet targets. The manager will monitor customer feedback, analyze sales and service data, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.



This role also involves training and coaching staff on customer service standards and store policies.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review sales performance, service metrics, and customer feedback.
- Experience in retail or footwear/apparel sales management is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate in-store teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, retail management, or a related field.
