Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years' experience in automotive CAE, with 5+ years focused on crash/impact simulation. IP/dashboard experience is mandatory.
- Robust hands-on expertise in LS-DYNA — pre/post-processing, solver settings, contact and connection definitions mandatory
- Proficiency in ANSA / HM pre-processor (mandatory) for model build and QA
- Experience handling end-to-end programs on IP/dashboard CAE (mandatory)
- Sound understanding of automotive interior crash/impact regulations (ECE R21, FMVSS 201, or equivalent)
- Prior experience on European OEM programs will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end crash/impact CAE analysis for Instrument Panel programs: Head Impact (ECE R21), Knee Impact, low-temperature impact,



and simplified trailer-back load cases.
- Responsible for delegation of work to the team, meeting deadlines consistently, with 100% quality
- Own LS-DYNA model setup: boundary conditions, contact definitions, and material card selection/validation
- Guide and review the work of Crash CAE Engineers.
- Correlate simulation results against physical test data; drive root-cause analysis on correlation gaps
- Preparation & execution of Project Plan, Resource management
