Job Summary

Impulse Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Structural Steel Erection to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of industrial and infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Steel Industry, with proven expertise in Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of structural steel erection projects.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor fabrication, dispatch, erection, and project progress.




- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Manage manpower, equipment, cranes, subcontractors, and site logistics.
- Review fabrication drawings, shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, contractual obligations, and quality procedures.
- Manage project documentation, billing, and client coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Steel Industry (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in Structural Steel Fabrication, and Erection Projects.
- Proven ability to manage industrial, commercial, warehouse, factory, power plant, or infrastructure projects.
